The case involved a pharmacist who became romantically involved with a patient. A number of serious accusations were made against the client, which, if found at the trial of the disciplinary proceedings to be true, would have resulted in a strike-off. A robust, fact-based challenge was mounted to the allegations advanced. Result: Withdrawal of the allegations made and of the charge of inappropriate conduct.
